Meet your Audiologist
Hi, my name is Sarah, I'm a director of the company. I'm also the Hearing Aid Audiologist you will see when you come to clinic or book a home visit.
I have over a decade of experience in the industry including NHS clinics and extra qualifications to allow me to perform wax removal treatments.
Prior to starting Hearing Sound I had a comfortable job with a great company but I was frustrated with the lack of time available to spend with each patient and the inability to chose the best product for each individual. Running an independent clinic allows me free reign to provide the best quality service and best of all there's always time for a chat!
Meet your Receptionist/Administrative assistant
Hello, my name is Anne & I am Sarah's Receptionist and Administration Assistant at the Coalville clinic.
Before joining Sarah, I had been employed in various administration roles in the NHS since 2007. Previously I had also been involved in customer service for a local Building Society and Her Majesty's Courts Service.
Away from work I love to spend time at the theatre and I help out as a member of the Visitor Experience Team at Curve Theatre in Leicester.
Meet your HCA
Nina is our Hear care Assistant or HCA for short, she has a wealth of experience and has has worked within the industry for nearly 20 years! Nina has come on board to help us out with wax removal appointments.
Nina and Sarah have worked together in previous roles and both completed their wax removal training at Aston University.
Vision
Our vision is to be able to offer a unique service which allows patients to get the best from their Hearing Aids and to understand their hearing loss.
We often see patients that have tried hearing aids previously and had a bad experience or are just not hearing well. Whilst in some cases the severity of the hearing loss can limit what we are able to do, often this isn't the case and with the right product and more importantly the right fitting and rehabilitation process you can hear well again!
