We offer a 14 day money back guarantee so if you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can have a full refund. We also offer a 60 day exchange period in case you want to swap the type of hearing aid you chose.
Up to 5 year warranty depending on which price point you select. All warranties cover accidental damage, 6 monthly service check ups and any adjustments required.
